The Amy Lew is a traditional oceanfront home located on North Shore Drive in Surf City. This cottage is within walking distance of the fishing pier, shopping and beach activities in the heart of Surf City. Need a change of scenery mid-week? Ride down to the south end to Topsail Beach and take in some of the hidden treasures of Topsail Island such as the Karen Beasley Turtle Hospital and the museum and the wonderful shops in the village. This quaint beach cottage offers both ocean and sound views. Beach access is just steps out the door with an outside shower provided on the landing as you come in off the beach. Enjoy a stroll on the beach with your favorite canine pal, and then enjoy a drink and relax on the comfortably furnished deck.

Level 1: On this level you will find 3 bedrooms. The first of which offers 2 double beds and a closet.

The second bedroom will sleep two on a double bed and twin bed.

The third bedroom offers a double bed and a full-size crib for the comfort of the smallest family member.

Living Area: The living room offers a color cable TV and VCR for viewing your favorite shows. Amazing water views, deck access and steps to the beach below make this room a favorite. The telephone may be found here as well. The kitchen has a breakfast area with ocean views and linoleum floors. Solid surface counters, a microwave and dishwasher are among the other amenities. A washer and dryer are also available for your use.
